SKEFF

Strategist. Innovator. Designer. Leader.

Paul Skeffington spent his formative years growing up in the vibrant city of Dublin, Ireland. Paul's journey into the world of art and design commenced at a young age, around seven, as he began sketching castles, landscapes, and the wonders of nature. His unwavering love for the visual arts and his talent for expressing ideas through them have remained steadfast throughout his life.

Paul's educational path led him to a humble art school in Hamden, CT, where he earned top honors in Graphic Design while also winning awards in Photography, and Illustration.

Over the course of his career, he has held influential positions in Marketing Agencies, with a primary focus on food, beverage, and consumer packaged goods. However, his professional repertoire extends to renowned brands in Motorsports, Technology, Healthcare and Hospitality - including iconic names such as Budweiser, Coca-Cola, Purell, Holiday Inn, Sea-Doo, Subway, Absolut, Kellogg's, and many others.

In 2019 Paul started on a new path to help build the internal Creative Team at Subway where he reengineered a task-oriented team into a powerful in-house agency team capable of handling Subway's robust creative needs across CRM, Social and Paid Media. Having enjoyed being client-side, Paul then took on a similar role for the team at PURELL where he reinvigorated a legacy design team into a dynamic, agency-level creative team.

Paul's forte lies in conceiving groundbreaking marketing concepts that empower brands to break through fierce market competition while giving a brand its true voice and purpose in the market. He is renowned for leading creative teams of all sizes, steering them in the creation of distinctive, branded content. His approach harnesses the power of technology across the expansive landscape of modern marketing, enabling brands to forge meaningful connections with their target audiences in impactful ways.

Paul lives in Connecticut with his wife Eileen, 3 kids and a fuzzball, Goldendoodle named Charlie.
